The deal. Toss Cam gives your event a shared disposable camera. Hosts create films and control their settings; guests capture photos onto the shared roll. Use it for real events between people who consent to being photographed.
Who it is for. Toss Cam is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Payments. The five-guest film is free. Larger films and guest add-ons are one-time purchases for the selected film, not subscriptions. Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Purchases made in the Android app are also subject to Google Play's billing terms. Refund requests are reviewed through support and provided where required by applicable law; a refunded capacity purchase may reduce the number of new guests who can join.
Your photos stay yours. Everyone keeps the rights to the photos they take. By shooting on a film, guests give the film's host and other guests permission to view (and, when enabled, download) those photos.
Content rules. Do not upload unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, threatening, harassing, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, or abusive material. Child sexual abuse or exploitation material is strictly prohibited and will be reported as required by law. Only upload photos you have the right and consent to share.
Moderation and early-access quality review. Album viewers can report a photo and hide photos from a contributor. Hosts can remove individual photos. We may review reports, remove content or films, restrict access, and cooperate with lawful safety requests. During controlled testing and early access, the configured Toss Cam owner may also inspect uploaded photos through an access-controlled, read-only, audit-logged workspace solely to verify that capture, processing, contributor grouping, reveal, and album presentation are functioning correctly or to investigate a support issue. Quality review does not give Toss Cam ownership of a photo or permission to publish, advertise with, or train an AI model on it. Misuse may result in permanent removal.
No warranties. Toss Cam is provided as-is while in early access. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
