Delete your Toss Cam account

You can permanently delete your account from the Toss Cam Android app or website. Open Your account, choose Delete account and all films, and type the account email to confirm. Legacy local-development accounts confirm with their password.

Cannot sign in? Email hello@tosscam.com from the email address on the account and include “account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted. Deleting an account removes its Supabase identity record, email address, linked sign-in identities, active Toss Cam sessions, every film it owns, uploaded photos, covers, recaps, and associated moderation reports. Complimentary beta records are revoked and their account identity is redacted. The deletion cannot be undone.

Limited records we may retain. We may keep de-identified or account-redacted payment, refund, beta-grant, security, and administrative audit records where reasonably needed or legally required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, and service integrity. Toss Cam removes or redacts the account email and internal account ID from those retained records.

Temporary backup retention. Deleted data may remain in daily operational backups for up to 14 days until the normal rotation removes it. Backups are used for disaster recovery, not to return deleted content to normal use.

Guests do not need accounts. To request removal of a photo you contributed, contact the film host or email us with the film code and enough detail to identify the photo.
